now consider the much vaunted and love JP II made them a prelature of the pope, the highest honor a 'sect' can get...basically they are a part of the church...u dont even wanna know how many behind the scenes tricks the pull....
christian fundementalism.....no problems with it....just those damn towel wearing darkys....
dont u love how the west fails to examine its own belifs and its own structures of supposed morality which are about as hollow as the two kegs in my room....yet millions of the faithful are celebrating the election of a new pope...
here is to benedicto speeding up the downfall of the catholic church....aint nothing like putting looneys in charge to ensure downfall down the road...
btw....he was part of 'hitler jugend' but u wont hear that on the news...and he wasnt too much agianst it...just ask his childhood jewish neighbour who says the Ratzinger brothers did about as much to help as any other german...which is to say zilch...
and now he has been elected by 120+ other decrepid corrupt men to be the voice of god....ha! self appointed voices of god....
another note, jesus would flip the vatican upside down if he saw all the worshiping of symbols and images...things he was always against...
there is nothing wrong with faith, between you and whoever you think is out there caring about you...but institutions that are morally hollow and corrupt are not the way....think about that the next time some priest preaches to you...

Im not religious..but i do think its sad to see the corruption in the Catholic Church, though it is not any more corrupt than when priests sold indulgences to people hundreds of years ago. Different problems perhaps but nothing has changed. Something about the power that blurs people...sad but it happens in more than just the church. Its the eternal story of humanity...if one possesses more power than another then he is likely to use it to his advantage. Its sad because there are actual people who are guided by faith, not by power or greed. They dissolve into the woodworks until they become invisible..how do I know??? well ive met a few...a Cardinal..passed away last year...the goodness poured out him..indifference to power...Sad.
